What is the difference between messages on hold and music on hold?
Music on hold is what fills the silence. Messages on hold uses that same time to say something useful — opening hours, a current promotion, an answer to the question the caller was about to ask. Most businesses run both together.
Will it work with our phone system?
Almost certainly. We are deployed across 17 platforms including Genesys, NICE inContact, RingCentral, TIPT, TPX, 8x8, Microsoft Teams, Avaya, Mitel, 3CX, Five9, BroadWorks, Nextiva, Asterisk, Vodia, Yeastar and on-premise systems.
How quickly can a message be changed?
Minutes. That is the point of Captivate Kiosk — you write, produce and publish it yourself rather than briefing a studio and waiting for a file to come back.
Are we locked into a contract?
No. There are no contracts and you can cancel at any time.
Can we hear it before we commit?
Yes. There is a free trial of Captivate Kiosk, and you can build a demo from the portal without talking to anyone first.
What is Agentic AI, and is it the same as an IVR?
No. An IVR routes callers through a menu. Agentic AI answers the phone, holds a real conversation, works out what the caller wants and books them in — then texts the confirmation. You can hear a full call on the Agentic AI page.
Do you provide the voice talent?
Yes. You can choose professional voice talent, or generate the audio and hear it before it goes live.
Can we manage multiple sites or multiple clients?
Yes. The Partner Portal is built for exactly that — every client and every site under one login, with white-labelling if you resell.
Is the music licensed?
Yes. Tracks provided through the platform are licensed for this use, so you are not exposed on the phone system or in-store.
What is Forecourt Radio?
Our retail audio product for service stations and fuel retailers — curated music and targeted advertising streamed to the forecourt PA, with day-part scheduling and central control across every site.
